The Atlanta group has lost another player. These are the people listed on page 6 who sell using the PRIVATE feature, have no feedback and are usually less than 30 days registered on Ebay. The newest to leave Ebay is ANTIQUEHUNTER0 (antiquehunter0) and you can be sure he did not leave of his own free will. The problem is that they always leave taking a lot of money for fakes. His listings says he is from Miami. This time it was $8000 from a buyer in New York and $5000 from a buyer in Atlanta. The interesting part is that seller JAMIECOHEN961 (see page 4) sold $27,000 worth of fake lamps to someone who sent the money to the very same name and the very same address as ANTIQUEHUNTER0 used. They come and they go and they have different names and show that they live in different cities but the money always seem to go to the same person and the same address. Something is coming for them and it will not be a payment of the sort that they are looking for and it will not come in the mail.

The piece on the left and another piece of railroad memorabilia on page 6 are the newest type of fake to show up. Both pieces say they were made by or are made of Tiffany glass. If it is part of a train, pass on it.

CAUTION Be very careful when buying from the "drop off stores" where the message is second hand and it becomes a "that's what the owner told me" provenance. That will not make the piece genuine and many of the sellers of fakes use this method so they are not connected to the sale.

On the left is another listing from MARVELOUS- MERCHANDISE who guarantees all of his items to be old and original but does not guarantee them to be as he lists them. He has been a contributor to TiffanyFakes.Com for a long time. Read his feedback. Of course his bidders are all PRIVATE

Read the newest press release from Ebay regarding the use of PRIVATE bidders names. It used to be that the seller had the option of using this ploy "for the protection of the bidders" but it was just used to keep the buyers from being notified by other concerned Ebayers that you were bidding on or buying a fake. Ebay has instituted a new policy whereby Ebay will hide the bidders names and call them Bidder 1, Bidder 2, Bidder 3 and so on. Now the sellers of fakes, with the assistance of Ebay, will have an open market to plunder. At least in the past you had the option to stay away from those sellers using this ploy, but now you cannot tell the good guys from the bad guys or the shills from the real bidders. Ebay has now offered less protection for the bidders and has raised the rates again. The fake and fraudulently signed Indian found on page 1 and page 6 has been bid up to $600 for seller INGSAFA and it did not even meet reserve. This piece can be purchased for less than $10.00 but it will most likely have the Made In Taiwan sticker still attached. Yes indeed, Ebay wants to make buying safe by hiding the buyers name. Ebay calls this "protecting out Community of members". Wait until the buyers wakes up.

The vase on the left is unusual in that the base might be genuine Tiffany Studios but the glass vase itself is a fake and fraudulently signed piece. That makes it a half fake. ««««««««««««««««

IS THIS A SCAM IN THE MAKING? The lamp on the left was just listed for sale on Ebay by a 0 rated new seller from California. It is shown on page 4 on this site when it was listed 3 different times in November 2006 as 160045486100, then as 160050304759 and, finally as 160053197793. It was a fake in November and it is a fake now. First listed by MCCJOEA who is mentioned on page 4, page 5, page 6 and now on page 7, but it is now listed by ROBMAZ56 who used the same pictures as MCCJOEA. Watch and see what happens to 220073975085. This lamp sold for $1000. Imagine someone's good luck getting a "signed and original Tiffany lamp" with a "signed and original shade" for $1000. This seller has more fakes listed now and has moved from Folsom, California and back to the Southeastern, United States. That was the past address used by the sellers of the other fakes outlined on the previous pages. Wonder if the checks are going to Georgia again?

Seen this shade before?. JAMIECOHEN961 - NO LONGER A REGISTERED USER - listed this shade in August 2006. You can read all about that seller on pages 4, 5 and 6. It has now been listed again (220075714395) and this current seller - ROBMAZ56 - is mentioned above. When will it ever end?

ROBMAZ56 - see coments above - continues to list more Tiffany fakes that have been listed before and now instead of calling them Tiffany he has now changed the listings to "attributed to Tiffany" but the attribution is incorrect. Read the listings carefully especially where is says "All Sales Final"

ANTIQUESFROMANTIQUARIANTRADERS The three pictures above are currently listed on Ebay as Tiffany Studios items and can be purchased at their upcoming auction. The item on the right was handled by Napolean in 1804 which was 65 years before Tiffany started Tiffany Studios and 44 years before he was even born. How did they get it signed if he was not even born in 1804? Read their feedback

Remember the Michigan sellers - MCCJOEA and ALANDSPITTERSS - who hit the Ebay scene with their fake Tiffany lamps which had been listed before by other 0 rated sellers from Florida and Georgia. Gradually they disappeared and when you go to look for them, they have became No Longer A Registered User. Well there is a brand new seller - CAMROHM2738 - who is from St Joseph, Michigan and is offering that tired old acorn shade that looks to have been made in high school shop. Is it unbelievable that three sellers all from the Southwest part of Michigan are offering fake Tiffany lamps. Read the past stories about them. It was listed for one day and then it was gone only to reappear the very next day as 20007737546. Know what you are buying and know who you are buying it from. A zero rated seller is not your friend and has absolutely nothing to offer you but a load of trouble.

ROBMAZ56 has now joined the ranks of the other sellers of Tiffany fakes and he is now listed as No Longer A Registered User. Ebay was warned that he was selling fakes and they continued to allow the sales to go forward. All of the signs were there but Ebay wanted their commission and now the buyers of this junk are left to tend to their wounds. This must be what Ebay calls "protecting our Community of members". The signs are very evident and why Ebay fails to see and read these signs is a mystery. The funny part is that Ebay shuts them down only when Ebay fails to get paid. Did the payments for these lamps go to Atlanta again?

Just when you finally got all of the players identified, up pops another brand new player in the fake Tiffany shade business. This new player is DAVIDHUTCH821 and surprise, he is from Georgia, has a zero rating, will not accept Paypal, says Bid With Confidence but offers no guarantee. These shades are tired and we are tired of seeing them again and again. Get some new fakes.

Another of the Atlanta group who is also one of the Michigan group, CAMROHM2738 is now No Longer A Registered User - no surprise there. More information on that seller is detailed above. Do not waste your time looking for checks but be on the lookout for subpoenas. They are on the way.

Will the lamp on the left sell on Ebay? Is is listed by a brand new seller with a 0 rating, no guarantee, no photos of the signature and no provenance.

The three pieces above are an outstanding example of fakes that just keep showing up. DRJUSTICE is fully aware that he is selling fakes and even mentions in one of his listings that Tiffany Studios is mispelled. These pieces are made in Taiwan and sell for less than $10.00 each. What does he do with all of those Made In Taiwan stickers that he takes off of them?

Another new seller LENNRICK893 has just entered Ebay world with a fake Acorn lamp that has been listed several times by some of the other members of the Atlanta group. This seller shows Indiana as the location which is just 30 miles from the three Michigan sellers mentioned above. Ebay woke up and was able to read the signs that show both the lamp and the seller to be a fake, and they have removed the seller and the lamp from Ebay. The same pictures from other listings with no guarantee that it is genuine and no Paypal either. Paypal does offer some protection. Way to go Ebay Now we just have to worry about DAVIDHUTCH821.

The bookends on the left are most likely real and were listed as Ebay 150090802353 to end on 2/10/2007 with an address listed as Retropolis, US from seller FIGURE8DESIGN; relisted as Ebay 180084653679 to end on 2/15/2007 with an address listed as Lala Land, US from seller GROOVYGROTTO, and now relisted as Ebay 130082566578 to end on 2/26/2007 with an address listed as Pennsylvania, US from seller RUMAD4MOD. Seller GROOVYGROTTO is listed as No Longer A Registered User and the way to become no longer registered on Ebay is left to your imagination. Why would you put your trust in Ebay when they allow this to happen and then they hide the bidders names so no one can contact them?. Addresses like Lala Land, Retropolis and Pennsylvania do not meet minimum standards anywhere but on Ebay.Who really has these bookends and does this listed seller really have them?
